Q - Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately after the order has been placed, therefore as soon as your payment is accepted and order is confirmed, there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and shipped out.
NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. You can try to catch us before the order is sent out by emailing as ASAP at email@example.com. We can see if it is possible to have your order cancelled.
Q - What is your return policy?
For a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened, undamaged and resalable products with all original packaging.
*For online orders, return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.
We accept packages regardless of what shipping method is used by the customer -- if a less expensive shipping option is obtained.
If you received a defective item that is sold by Proprlifestyle, and need to replace it with the same or equivalent item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale & Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
