Q - Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed immediately after the order has been placed, therefore as soon as your payment is accepted and order is confirmed, there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and shipped out.

NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. You can try to catch us before the order is sent out by emailing as ASAP at We can see if it is possible to have your order cancelled.


Q - What is your return policy?

Our policy is that we accept returns on both new and gently used products within 21 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened and gently used products. 

*Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.

The label is generated for the convenience of our customers. However, we accept packages regardless of what shipping method is used by the customer -- if a less expensive shipping option is obtained.

We are offering our customers a 21 day return policy.

Any item with a value of $75.00 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

All products packaging, boxes, must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.

Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

We will also refund shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error within 45 days of delivery of your shipment.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of damaged, scratched, or items returned more than 28 days past delivery.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Proplifestyle.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by Proprlifestyle, and need to replace it with the same or equivalent item, please email to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled by Proprlifestyle but can’t be replaced, but may be returned.
Our policy lasts 21days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
