You may return any of the Shop Proprlifestyle items, for any reason, for a full refund within 21 days of delivery of your shipment:
We are offering our customers a 21 day return policy. Please email: a. johnson@Properlifestyle.com with your return request and we will provide you with the free shipping details and labelling under the following conditions:
Any item with a value of $75.00 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All products packaging, boxes, must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
We will also refund shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error within 45 days of delivery of your shipment.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of damaged, scratched, or items returned more than 28 days past delivery.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Propr Eyewear/Proprlifestyle.com.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective item that is sold by Propr Eyewear, and need to replace it with the same or equivalent item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled by Propr Eyewear but can’t be replaced, but may be returned.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
